David Packard
Board Certified Bankruptcy Attorney
Beaumont Bankruptcy Lawyer
David Packard is a board certified bankruptcy attorney who has represented thousands of people and families in filing for protection under the federal bankruptcy laws. He primarily files Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies for individuals rather than big companies. He offers help that struggling families need to protect what is most important, while at the same time, giving them a fresh financial start.
David Packard began representing bankruptcy clients in Southeast Texas in 1994 after joining the family law firm of Packard & Packard. At that time, the law firm consisted of his father, Bernard E. Packard, and his brothers, Steven Packard and Dan Packard.
David immersed himself into the study of bankruptcy law and quickly began to realize the positive impact the law has on our small business and on the lives of individuals. Starting out with only a few cases and not even a secretary, David began to slowly and steadily carve out a sizeable clientele.
Clients appreciate David's style of listening to their needs and then clearly addressing their concerns and solving their financial problems. When it comes to communicating with his clients, David's approach is simple: slow down and take whatever time is necessary to sincerely listen and actively hear his clients when they speak. In doing so, he can then begin to formulate a plan that is unique to their case.
